Every tender soaks in our brine for a full day before it's breaded, so it's juicy all the way through.

We bread the chicken and make our sauces and Royal Mac in the trailer every day.

We prep a set amount each morning. When it sells out, we close for the day.
Highly refined peanut oil
We fry in highly refined peanut oil, which has most peanut protein removed. If you have a peanut allergy, talk to us before you order. See allergens.
Florida suppliers
We buy from Florida and Treasure Coast suppliers whenever we can.
The menu
Tender combos from $14.99 with seasoned fries, sauce and a drink. Sandwiches, nuggets, a kids combo, Royal Mac, a Takis Elote Cup, and chicken biscuits in the morning.
Our sauces
Royal Sauce for dipping, Hot Honey for sweet heat, and Royal Fire Sauce when you want it hot.
Royal Fire Sauce contains peanuts, and we fry in peanut oil.
Catering
Trays of 20 to 100 tenders with sauces, bread and pickles, ready for pickup. Good for fishing tournaments, beach days, offices and parties.
