What we collect

When you join the Supernova Club, we collect your name, email address and mobile number. When you order, our payment system (Clover) processes your card; we don't store full card numbers.

How we use it

To send the texts and emails you signed up for, run your rewards account, fill catering orders.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business: our point-of-sale and payment processor, our email and text-message providers, and Google (which stores signup forms). We never sell or rent your information, and we never share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email with the link in any email, or from texts by replying STOP. To see, change or delete your information, email store@royalhotchicken.com.

Kids

The Supernova Club is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
